Reducing waste

We offer customers the right to return products, so we have to do something with those items. Some retailers decide it is easier and cheaper to dump returned items, ultimately ending up in landfill.  That might be good for their profits but terrible for the environment.

We don't agree with that philospophy. When we receive a returned product that is still in a re-sellable condition, we will store the item and advertise it online for a reduced price, then pack and ship the item when it is purchased. We call this our 'outlet' store. It takes more money and effort on our part, but it's better for the environment.

If we receive a product that is not in an acceptable re-seallable condition, we donate the item to a local clothing charity who will recycle the product.

Our aim is NOT to waste a single product.
